Bathroom Refit We found WPS through Checkatrade. Everything from the initial visit to finishing off works was completed professionally. It’s our first home & first job of this kind so before the work was due to start, Dean kindly gave me a call to take me through the whole process to ease my nerves. The majority of the work was carried out by Michael. Michael’s communication with daily progress was nothing short of brilliant and we felt in very good hands. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and was always clean and tidy. Overall we are happy with our new bathroom, and would recommend WPS.

From initial contact with Bridget and Diana in the office, who were very friendly and setup a quotation visit with owner, Dean - to Dean's visit, he really listened to what we wanted done and understood our reasoning why, which is not true of all companies! So the work was completed exactly how we wanted it. Michael who actually came and did the bathroom work was super skilled, courteous, clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in our flat. Can't rate WPS highly enough - will definitely use them again for future work!

Highly Recommended. We had an escape of water in the kitchen and the insurance company asked us to contact a local company for the repairs. Ward Property were given the job of fixing the leak and all remedial works. They carefully removed the kitchen units and removed the water damaged laminate flooring. Traced the leak and repaired. They then re-fitted the kitchen units, laid new wood flooring and redecorated. Their staff were courteous, polite and on time everyday (cleaning up when they left). Very happy with the works !!

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH Recently used Ward Property Services for a new bathroom suite and getting the rest of the house decorated. What a fantastic group of gentlemen. Every single member from their team that I had the pleasure to meet treat my home with the utmost respect and were all incredibly polite and personable. They all took great pride in their work and kept me updated with how the job was coming along, showing me what had been done making sure I was completely satisfied! I'm already thinking about getting the kitchen updated now!
