About 4 years ago my son joined TKD and it was such a great club and atmosphere that I joined too. Now my daughter joined too and we are all exercising together and staying close as a family. It helped us to make new friends and to be part of the Vale family. Our physical and mental health has markedly improved and for me I am more flexible than I ever was (basically less stiff than a tin man now)

I've been training with Vale TKD for over 5 years and I feel it has made me happier, more motivated and more confident with everything I do. The entire Vale family is super supportive of each other, something I haven't seen anywhere else. Every session excites me and fills me with confidence, which I owe all to Mr Davis and all the helpers over the years. I feel privileged to be part of this incredible taekwondo family, learning new skills and constantly improving. Ive no idea where I would be without Vale TKD and I hope to go far with my taekwondo journey thanks to Vale TKD.

Where do I start? Our daughter met Mr Davis nearly 4 years ago....we encouraged her to try a free session after a very poor experience with another 'so called' martial arts group in the area. A nervous 10 year old stepped into the hall and we now have a confident 14 year old still training with Mr Davis and now working towards her black belt! After just a few weeks training with Vale TKD her teachers started commenting on the improvement in her focus, respect and concentration at school. The class is fun, engaging, superb for fitness and quite frankly they are now like an extended family to us. Our daughter takes every opportunity possible for extra training sessions and has been competing with Vale TKD at competitions all over the UK...her medals hang with pride in our home!!! Her dream is to participate in the European Championships and I have every faith that with the excellent coaching, encouragement and support from Mr Davis and the Vale family that she will achieve this!
