Have to say totally disgusting how they robbed me of £400 for a cancellation fee after my GP said I should not have this done as I suffer with anxiety and depression and you have to take a steroid for a bit after which could potentially make me suicidal. After I asked for my deposit back I was hit with a massive cancellation fee. So make sure you are 100% going ahead with this before paying your deposit. I certainly would not recommend booking with this company also had to wait almost 2 weeks for my refund after I went through my point of contact she sorted it for me. I wish it would of all been explained to me at the time of booking which is was not feel like I have been totally miss sold and I have reported this to the relevant departments

I have used this company. My concern is this... In the last 4 weeks alone there's at least two 1 star reviews removed. Both 1 star reviews were not based off the immediate service given like all the 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews were of the results. Want hair therefore clearly lack integrity. Response; You won't recognise my name, but I have used your company so don't worry about that. Why do the 1 star reviews dissappear? That's the question, where do they go? You know where they go.

Anthony at Want Hair was amazing. From pre-op to post-op he was there for me. We initially had a chat over the phone and then contact through WhatsApp. He was always very helpful, and offered me advice, and made suggestions on how to get the best results from my surgery. When it comes to Hair Transplant surgery, there is a lot of choice... Everyone seems to be saying the same thing, prices are broadly similar and it can be difficult to make a decision, because to most people, it's a lot of money and it's a big step. After reading loads of reviews, I had a virtual consultation with Matt from Want Hair. Matt has been absolutely excellent from day one. I was given clear and realistic advice on what was achievable in my case. I would have had more grafts in Turkey, but it was difficult to get away. I dithered for a few weeks, whilst I tried to make a trip to Turkey an option... but he didn't chase me down for an order. Eventually, I settled on the UK option and Matt recommended Dr Alosert in the Harrow clinic. I stayed at the premier Inn, which is conveniently 100 yards from the clinic with a restaurant for a good meal the night before. The day went smoothly, Dr Alosert went through everything first with me before handing me over to the team. It was clear these guys perform this procedure a lot. They were well drilled and efficient and I felt like I was in good hands. It was very cold in the room, apparently it's better for the grafts once removed, but they gave me a blanket. I was worried that my shivering wasn't helping! I had 3000 grafts to my crown and less than 3 weeks later, you wouldn't know I'd had a transplant. The transplanted hair is about the same length as the sides not (it was clipper cut to zero before surgery) so it just looks like Ive had a buzz cut. I'm not looking forward to the shedding phase...but it's all part of the process. For the first two weeks post op, I was contacted by Matt with requests for progress photos every couple of days to keep a close eye on things. He has made me feel very well supported. I'm now signed off until my six month check up. I'm very pleased with the results so far and I'm very happy to recommend Want Hair to anyone.

I was a little sceptical and worried about having a hair transplant as I’m sure many are. The info want hair provided has been great, the stand out for me is Tristan, he can’t do enough any queries or questions he’s always on hand, a real asset to the company. The procedure was very slick a well run clinic in Kenton, the anaesthetic is uncomfortable not painful. Only concern I had was the scabbing wasn’t a true representation of the hairline, this did worry me. Once the scabs went though, it was all good and I’m extremely happy. Would highly recommended
