Worst bubble tea of my life. I got a lychee jelly green tea. The tea was so watered down that it didn't taste like any thing. The jelly didn't taste like lychee (it was just jelly) and there was a bitter after taste once you kept drinking the tea. I would only recommend this bubble tea to my worst enemy. But since I paid £5.25 for it I finished it, wasn't going to throw away £5 pounds. This tea is horrible. Don't buy it. I haven't tasted the food so I don't know if it is good, but the bubble tea is horrible.

Over half an hour to prepare a single bubble tea. I don't know if it's because the girl was new, or what. After inquiring if my order was ready, she replied 'You need to give me some time.' I've literally dined on 3 courses faster than I received my drink here. Absolutely ridiculous.

We were planning to buy a drink before leaving Manchester. I wanted to order Kumquat Lemon Tea but the shopkeeper said they only had a few options available on the menu. She also looked annoyed when she realized I needed to take some time to go through the menu. I was disappointed because out of all the items on the menu, only a few were available. Then I decided to leave the shop because I wasn’t able to order what I want and the staff gave us quite a stare. This was the rudest service I have ever had in Manchester.
