I have been very patient and waited a long time to post a review but I have now been waiting 3 months for my deposit to be returned, along with an over-payment when my subscription was changed without notice. Emails take 1-2 weeks to be answered, the last one told me i hadn't paid a deposit in the first place - which is nonsense as i have the receipt. I have received a partial refund for the months i overpaid, but the deposit and one month over payment are still being held back for no reason. Seems like I am not the only one having issues with deposits. Update... this is turning into a farce, despite being assured the money would be refunded last week, it still hasn't.. AND I've been debited another £70 for this month! The response to this review is incorrect… I gave my notice in January and have still not received the £40 deposit plus £20 overpayment back.

My son loved the day of gymnastics, games and craft that was put on on one of the strike days and was desperate to go back for more. He then told his friends about it too! Thank you for running such a fun day, especially on a day where no other clubs/ activities were running!
