If minus were available here, I would give Ryan and his colleague 'minus 5 stars', their behavior was extremely aggressive, totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I would say simply they are not fit for their job. You must avoid buying anything from them whenever you can. I bought a drainage tube and made it clear at checkout that I need to take home to open it and measure it against the the old tube - if the size is not right then would need to return the good. The staff they told me that it was not a problem. But, when I bought it back, they claimed the package is opened, so could not be returned. I explained the terms and conditions on their company website, which clearly states that 'Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale'. My good completed fit to the return criteria. Can you guess what they told me? They said, unbelievably, "where is the terms and conditions? show me!" Completely shocking. I wonder how this business will survive given the fierce competition which offers much better customer service.
