A horrible Place with some Staff very aggressive. Dirty smelly - truly horrible .follow up - today I took three hours unpaid absence from work and turned up for my appointment to find my case worker was not there AGAIN . i enquired why - and vas told she was ‘working from home ‘ Perhaps someone can explain how a front line health provisioning service, support workers can ‘work from home’. Honestly to me, this is bunking off. No wonder waiting lists Are so huge when front line staff are absent and appointments cancelled due to them working from home. Is this weak management or staff exploiting good will? or both? either way it was inconvenient for me. i wonder what the quality care people and the dédisions mAkers at Wandsworth would make of this? meanwhile i am left without a script again. Not good.

My care worker Lisa, (attached to my GP surgery), has been a great source of help and support. She has always been easy to talk to, understanding encouraging, and judgemental.

Left this service due to staff intimidating me after I complained about a manager contacting me in facebook dating app who tried to say it was a friend who did it, when he has a lock on his phone. If it was a friend its such a coincidence that the friend chose to message me. I took an overdose which is documented on my.medical records because of this.

Absolutely fantastic! My key worker Sophie enabled a journey of recovery within 5-6 months. Yes, there were lows as well as highs, but thanks to her patience, understanding and guidance, I was able to pull myself out of a rut I’d been stuck in for over a decade. I started to pause and question, instead of automatically falling for the habits. I’d forgotten what it felt like to wake up sober/fresh. It rolled back the years and I was able to see what life was all about again. There was a childish innocence about that feeling that I’d forgotten or left in the past due to being on one thing or another or several. That’s actually what waking up should feel like… and Sophie’s guidance got me there. The paperwork provided also gave me an option, and even if I didn’t choose the resources, I felt empowered to choose something other than the habit to pass the time. Still early days, but I feel reborn and empowered. 10/10

Made my addiction worse and got no real help for my addiction. Was not offered any sort of medication and was told that group work would not benefit me. The woman who I saw was patronising and I no longer go there. I have tried to get off coke for 6 years now but this will not happen now.

I had a really good experience last night. There was some confusion, mainly from me, about collecting my buprenorphine from the chemist today.for the next 2 weeks. I ended up calling Lisa at St John's, who I've never met before, I was very worried about it. She was so helpful and all was sorted within an hour and I got my pills today. That was one of the best experiences I've had in the many years I've been registered with them.
