Poor service. The dentist is clearly talented but too busy and he rushes through everything. I had a filling done and it needed revision, I was made to wait for an hour and pay for parking and childcare to have it done 2 weeks later despite not being my fault. I was also charged £190 incorrectly and I had to go back to the surgery to have it refunded - they refused to do it over the phone (the receptionist told me the money was for that day’s NHS visit and wouldn’t open the door which was incorrect, rather than for a future cosmetic visit I had requested which it really was for). A different nice receptionist did acknowledge the error when I questioned it at the time but it was embarrassing and unnecessary. They really need to sort out their patient communication skills and organisation, rather than suggesting patients are lying for leaving a genuine poor review.

I had the pleasure of receiving Invisalign treatment at Wandsworth Dental Practice with Dr Ammar. I must say my experience was truly exceptional, from the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed with kindness. Throughout my treatment Dr Ammar and Farouk were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, answering any question or concerns I had with ease. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the the Invisalign process, making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to Pursue this treatment. Overall, I would highly recommend Wandsworth Dental practice to anyone seeking High-quality dental care. The professionalism of the Doctors and staff & welcoming atmosphere of the practice made my Invisalign journey and enjoyable and successful one!

I just want to award the wonderful staff on reception, one lady in particular Maresca who has exceptional customer service skills always making me and other patients feel welcome. I had a tooth removed today and usually I’m ever so nervous, All was put to rest when I received the best care from Reza whom extracted my rotten tooth excellent dentist I recommend anyone using this dental centre ask for him .. Thank you ever so much I feel so much better already!!

UPDATE pls refrain from posting information about my personal medical file on a public platform I gave a fair and honest reveiw your branch is by far the worst I've ever been too and for your information I was under nhs during covid but fell pregnant and couldn't continue treatment I provided several letters which were ignored and I wasn't referred back to the hospital your dentist doesn't care at all and you are overpriced your reception staff are also rude and from your response also just shows exactly what I mean would give zero stars if it were possible Awful staff who don't care worst dentist I've ever been too overpriced as well trying to oversell invisalign when I got it for half the amount and was allowed to pay reasonable installments monthly my dentist now is amazing they should learn a thing or too from perfect smile battersea they know how to do there job and be fair and helpful
