It's my one stop shop for wallpaper, blinds, curtains and carpets. Been a customer since the shop was in Addingham. The staff are really obliging and knowledgeable. The advantages of everything under one roof is that you can compare colours of each item. Never had an issue with anything made via Waltons. If there is, then they will always try to rectify the issue. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I’ve used Walton’s in the past. They were quite expensive and rather grumpy then... However, we need multiple new curtains and blinds for our new house so thought we’d give them a second go. All I can say is ‘how rude?!’ The (bearded) man sat in the carpet section didn’t even look up and say hello when we entered the show room which made us feel uncomfortable. We walked through to the fabric section and were then totally ignored there too by the multiple ‘grumpy looking’ females who were working there. After 5 minutes we walked out. I’ve subsequently spoken to other people in Ilkley who just laughed and said, ‘Oh yes Walton’s, they’re the miserable curtain and carpet people!!’ I really don’t know how or why they stay in business. They obviously all hate working there.
