I loved the pack up and dismantal service, made my life very easy moving with a six month old baby, and my partner at work! However I am disappointed by how many items I had damaged, my fridge was dented, a set of chest of drawers damaged beyond repair, my tv stand snapped clean off and my office unit scratched all over the top. The worst thing is that I have tried several times to contact them about these damages and have been completly ignored. Won't be using them again.
