Total disorganisation of site, awful, rude site manager, disinterested after sales, disgraceful attitude to existing residents who are living in dangerous conditions. Site workers have to wear PPE but the residents caught in the middle of the mayhem are at risk, walking past huge plant machinery, holes in walkways, drains falling in on the roads… this is the tip of the iceberg which residents live in with little regards from Walton staff!

I strongly agree with negative feedbacks others have left here about Walton Homes after care and customer service. They are saying the fault is because of me and decided not to repair it. We all need to buy a house at some point. I would not recommend Walton Homes because of their awful after care and customer service. Buy from other builders.

Look out for woeful after care. Below par landscaping, horrendous internal painting. We have been here 3 years and discover a new issue Walton Homes brished under the carpet. As everyone else who has a negative experience shares, the after care is disgusting. Wouldn't recommend.

We have recently purchased a house from Walton Homes and the experience we have had with them as a company so far has been brilliant. We dealt with Amy for the majority of the process and she has been amazing!! If she couldn't answer the phone straight away we always got a call back and she was chasing our solicitor for us when we couldn't get responses. Amy is a huge asset to the company! We have had a few issues since moving in including struggling to get internet which Amy has again assisted with. The Site Manager has been over nearly every day to sort out the other issue. We would highly recommend buying a house from Walton Homes if our experience so far is anything to go from. Thanks again for our lovely house (after buying from a plan the house is much better than we could have ever expected)!

Out and About
We had a great experience to purchase Woodbury Walk from Walton Homes in a part exchange, the gave us 3 months to sell our house, but our sale fell through unfortunately. The Sales Team did there very best to help us with our potential purchase. The quality of the Woodbury Walk very good in all aspects. Nice Company to deal with.

I had an appointment to discuss a potential purchase of a home on the Handsacre site. We contacted the sales site to confirm said appointment half an hour before we went as they were appointment only. On arriving there was a walk in customer discussing making an appointment to see them. We waited patiently outside until the sales assistant was ready. Although it was appointment only?? I then introduced myself and my daughter to her and told her my appointment time. After asking me for my name twice, my circumstances and my contact number she then told me the properties I was interested in were both sold. The sales assistant had been made aware of my circumstances on two occasions by my daughter so I was disappointed that she had not made us aware of the fact that there was nothing suitable at this time on the phone. Saving us a wasted journey.

Great initial contact on the phone with Emma but unfortunately we didn't have the greatest experience with jenny. I called her prior to attending today where she then explained there is no show home to see which wasn't fantastic as we hadn't been told this at all when booking the appointment but we still went along (glad i called as she hadn't emailed or rung me to tell me this either despite my details being given and having an email from them already for brochures etc) We had to then wait for someone to leave meaning we then had to also wait for her to clean down all the areas which we understand needs to be done but this should have been factored into the time slot as we had booked over 2 weeks ago. I had already explained my moms situation prior to booking and all details were taken but clearly this wasn't passed on or Jenny just had no clue as she asked our names 4 times despite us having a booking (as you have to now of course) and also asked all the same questions again so there is no notes etc passed over by the sounds of it. Jenny told us once we arrived that she had no 2 beds until this time next year which she could of told us on the phone as my mom has traveled quite far after a very long work shift from 1am for something we cant see and now also can't buy as this time next year doesn't help someone who is ready to buy (as I'd already explained) From the moment we walked in and wasn't really acknowledged at all to then asking us all the same questions again we knew it wasn't going to be a great experience. Better communication with your customers would be great to save them long unnecessary journeys 👍 and ensuring you know your next appiontment and details would give the buyer more confidence.

Having Lived in our Walton Home for over a year i felt i could now give a fair review. From first meeting the Lynne, sale lady and Dave, site manager we found them very Professional and helped us though all stages of our purchase After having moved in yes there were some snags with our home but following a call to the service department they soon attended and completed the work we even had a leak which was attended to the same day and made good a few days later. We love our home and would recommend Walton homes from first visit to making it our home nothing is too much trouble Thank you Team Walton!
