Terrible service disabled husband once again let down by ajm never have any parts in stock engineers call and cancel the appointment asking does it really need repairing and now I'm left pushing my husband around in his electric wheelchair in the home because it's gonna take 2 weeks before we get a new battery that's if it is the battery no one turned up to check . Bring back dgm such a better service and reliable and if the wheelchair doesn't work and needed repairing they would always supply one this is not in ajm policy

The staff is friendly and provide a quick response unfortunately they are very slow in sorting out out any issues 70% of the time when I call to check on the progress after a long wait they already had the parts in stock and then they book a visit to sort out your issue you have to be on top of them and even so it takes a month or more they're not very efficient and there is room for improvement

Possibly the worst wheelchair services iv ever dealt with. Wheelchair has been sitting in their offices since January. They said they can't hand it over to me until a therapist is avaliable? (Never had this before and iv had 4 wheelchairs) therapist not been avaliable to talk to since January. No one can tell me why I have to have it handed over. Staff are generally rude and not helpful, won't help me to try and find out why it can't be handed over, even though I explain on a weekly basis that I'm housebound without the chair. They just simply don't care. Adam the office manager whom iv asked to speak to on several occasions will never take a call even though I can hear him telling the call handlers what to say as to why they can't hand over the chair. Seriously unprofessional company.
