    !!!!! Total waste of time !!!!!!! Following my beliefs to give business and support to small businesses, I made the effort to drive over to these people, I spoke to Ty who seemed a decent chap. After our conversation he was happy to arrange collection of a lot of aluminium, so he asked me to call him following morning to arrange it, and he was fine about it. I did as he asked and I called following morning and someone else answered who was very blunt, ignorant and condescending, and during conversation he hung up without completing the conversation! making no sense whatsoever! I was left stunned! HOW, people think they can do business, in this way, in this day and age, astonishes me, then they cry that big companies are taking their business and they are suffering, yet all the time its their own attitude and doing! Take a look at 'your' way of doing business and dealing with customers, doesn't cost anything to respond in a pleasant, proper and professional way, we are your bread and butter! Completely let me down and put me in a bad situation because of their actions. !!! Best Avoided if you don't want to waste your time and money !!!
