The contractors for Housing Repairs - Morgan Sindall - are appalling. I've been trying to get them to do a repair for more than eighteen months. They keep sending workmen who when they arrive, announce they are not the right person for the job. Nothing more happens until I contact them, whereupon the whole process starts again. With jobs they have done, they've often phoned out of the blue days before the work is scheduled, to ask if they can come in an hour or so
