Well it's Ok. Both platforms are accessible step free thanks to lifts and there's a ticket office and toilet located on the northbound platform too. Oyster is accepted here and I believe one the ticket machines allows for Oyster card topups. You can't do it in the ticket office. The station has two car parks and is a short walk away from the high street and bus station.
