Hi Everyone I'm trying to get an appointment for the doctor every time I call they all telling me I don't have an appointment I don't understand why they ar not giving me an appointment or make an appointment for the following day I also went there whit my daughter wich is 5 year ol I told the lady from reception that she has a fever and we want to se a doctor she send me to hospital Its the worst gp in coventry I have many friends in coventry I ask them about their gp and they are very happy very rood receptionist I'm going to move my gp 0 star experience

Missed a call.... I actually answer the phone when the nurse hung up.... I called the surgery back and the receptionist is telling me is my fault as i need to answer when i am called... I said i was in the shower.... Receptionist said "way you didn't take the phone with you, Is a mobile phone"... I will actually need to go hospital.... Just discussed.... We are human beings... Not animals.... I feel discrminated.... Maybe if i was british.... They would have called one more time!
