I cannot recommend Osteopath Hafi highly enough. He not only gets to the root of the cause but also gives attention to surrounding areas of your body that have been compensating for your misalignment or injury area. He is a good listener, understanding, focussed and explains what is going on with your body and how it is being treated. From being treated twice a week initially, we are now to bi-monthly 'maintenance' treatments (and aim for three, four, five months' < gaps). For someone to progress from limited, slow and painful movements that affected sleep, rest and amplified other ailments for a number of years to becoming flexible, pain free, much more active and healthier now, it is definitely an investment in yourself to decide to address these areas - priceless.
