    Treatment is great however, the receptionists are a massive let down. The nurse inside the treatment room said, 'I can't believe they made you wait considering the condition your in'. They don't consider the severity of the patients.

    111 sent me there, the worst service in my life so far. Waited for 5 hours in reception with my 11 month baby ended up no treatment at all. They dont have the facilities to complete chekup then whats the reason for such time waste. NHS is broken no doubt. Even they kept 6/7 hours waiting for 2 month 1 month old babies. Disgusting service. Went there for first time and for sure this would be my last visit in there.

    Absolutely phenomenal experience here as a foreigner when I injured my knee. Was shocked I didn't have to pay for anything as I was just tourist at the time. They were very caring and took the time to explain everything to me. And many thanks to everyone who was patient with m due to the pain I was in.
