I went to Walsall Carpets after being let down badly by another flooring company. Tina was absolutely fantastic! She could see I was upset and did everything she could to help me. She got someone out to measure up and fit the flooring I had chosen with her expert help (she explained things that the other company hadn’t) and this was done within the space of 3 days. The flooring looks absolutely fantastic and cost £400 less than the other company quoted so couldn’t be happier. A massive thank you!

Initially everything was fine, service was great in the Walsall Store.The flooring was installed. Unfortunately I didn't take much notice of the work I should have made a closer inspection. So I discovered when I began decorating the two bathrooms it was then I noticed the issue. The sealant was thick and lumpy in parts. The sealant was clear and had started to turn yellow.There were even sections where the sealant was on the skirtng board and not on the floor it self and a rip in the floor covered by sealant.Ive had to peel the sealant off in places as it was that thick. I made a complaint called 3 times eventually someone inspected it but haven't heard a thing since.Very disappointed I've now got to pay someone else to replace and correct the issue. Its sad as I only work round the corner and they came highly recommended by work collegues

I would highly recommend these guys, our downstairs flooded due to a burst pipe, these guys came out same day to measure it all up and 2 days later they were here fitting. From sales to fitting these guys are brilliant, really well priced too. Thanks guys.
