We visited here and we were very disappointed, the sunday dinner was absolutely awful, it was barely edible, the place itself very run down, in desperate need of a makeover and modernisation and a good clean, the toilets were disgusting and dirty, the soft play itself is ok but some parts are looking very worn and old, definitely won't be returning unfortunately

Staff were attentive but not experienced as they seemed completely untrained. Food was good quality but not even warm, chips were cold, we ordered a starter as a main for 1 of our group and asked for it to come out with the main meals, this got brought out but we had to chase the main meals so that we could eat together, the Nachos had some yellow/brown sauce that tasted nothing like cheese, even the curry was only luke warm and the rice was cold. We will not be attending again
