Probably the rudest, least reliable company ive ever dealt with. (The drivers are great though) I logged a collection with RAC on 22/03 @ 11am who then passed the recovery onto a third party who turned out to be Walls Recovery. I had no communication from the company until 7pm where i had already waited all day for them to say they would be a further 2-3 hours. Shocking. I said i wasnt willing to wait and i was going home, the operator said they would collect the following day at 12pm. Delay after delay they finally arrive at 16:30 with the wrong vehicle. (I want to state that both drivers were fantastic.) So after already waiting nearly 48 hours, the truck drove off and i was promised recovery 22/03. Considering how id already been let down by this company, i checked for an update at 10am on 22/03 where i was met with the rudest operator who took great offence when i asked if the 60-90mins would be realistic. Not the worse question to ask considering. He said they'd do what they can and slammed down the phone. I dont ever want to have to deal with the RAC or Walls Truck services ever again.
