I ordered two tins of paint online and I never received and email confirmation which was a concern as I had no idea when they were going to be delivered, I did receive a delivery a week or so later (which was left outside) but one tin was missing. I contacted them on WhatsApp and told them and they did get back to me and said they would send it out. When I received the second tin it was the correct colour but the wrong finish (I ordered kitchen matt but recieved kitchen and bathroom mid-sheen) I had already painted half of the room in the Matt finish so just needed some more of the same. I contacted them again and they said the Matt was out of stock, so instead of telling me this and asking if the other was ok they just sent it anyway. I cannot be bothered to send it back but I did message them to tell them it was still being sold on their website as in stock and it needs updating. I have since checked again to see if they have done this and they haven't so they are basically taking money for stock they don't have. If it wasn't for this I might have given them more than one star.

Ordered free wallpaper samples and paid for £3.99 delivery. Several weeks later nothing received. I sent them an email and they replied with a Royal Mail tracking number not on a hyperlink. Royal Mail have no record, nice money making scam, pocket the delivery money and don't send item. Avoid.
