My mum has suffered from UTIs in the past and the doctor has given her antibiotics without testing. She said to take them for 3 days, and if you still have a uti take the rest. How is she meant to know? Ridiculous. I will be reporting this officially, as since my mum has been to A&E & assisted with a diagnosis. The doctor would never take it any further as to why it kept happening. I have lived here my entire life, do not sign up to these doctors.

His answers are always" I am not sure", I asked him if I can collect my blood test result, he said " I am not sure", I said "can you check" he said "when you speak to the doctor ask him" 😂😂

The main receptionist is rude and doesn't answer the questions you ask her. You spend ages trying to call in just to be told to call back at 3 for an afternoon telephone consultation, then they don't bother to answer the phone. This GP service should be defundunded or should at least find a different receptionist When i called in the afternoon i was told by another receptionist, all appointments had been given away and i was not a priority, considering what i was calling about. After a long call, where i was told to go to another gp service, i was eventually found to be vulnerable and given an appointment and the doctor i spoke to found i was in a medical emergency. I ended up in hospital over the weekend, and had an operation and was told i should arrange to see my nurse everyday to get the dressing changed. When i got home i called to make my GP aware I was told the nurse had gone home and that i needed to call the next day. I called the next day and dpoke to the (first mentioned) receptionist who wouldnt let me finish a sentence and just kept telling me to go to another GP. I then asked to speak to the practice manager and she hung up on me.

terrible terrible GP in Wallington, I had an appointment in West Valley Croydon Clinic today, This GP referred me, I waited the appointment more than 15 days for this appointment, I went to emergency service many times during this days. but unfortunately GP did not send any documents the doctor today. When I went to the doctor today, She did not see my details today. As I understand today, they didn't care my health and life. I strongly recommend you do not go to this GP.
