Best service I've received from a GP practice for numerous years and worlds apart from my previous GP in a neighbouring county.

An hour waiting on the phone only to be told no appointments this week. Dreadful service, no compassion.

An excellent medical practice, with really great Doctors and nurses, and some excellent additional roles staff, such as dietician, social prescriber, etc. Special mention must go to the receptionists, secretaries, and all the behind the scenes staff, who we never see, but must be doing a great job to enable the clinical and additional roles staff to do theirs. Thank you to all the staff for the great job you do.

For some reason which, I am unable to fathom, I do not visit the doctor without putting myself through a self inflicted needs analysis, coupled with some persuasion from my family and then only having exhausted all OTC options. Yet as age has begun to wither me, I found myself having to attend the GP and I could not have been better cared for. The receptionist, waiting room, and doctor were caring, professional and incredibly helpful. I consider myself extremely lucky to live within their catchment area.

Never answer the phone, call up early if you want even a remote chance of getting an appointment for that week! Since they changed their old front desk lady the new one seems much nicer however, still ultimately up to the doctors when they decide to see you, been waiting over a year and a half for an ADHD diagnosis, with multiple chase ups and call requests still have gotten no where!! Uselsss place. Update: after 2.5 years got an appointment to be diagnosed, after chasing up constantly and harassing them, they finally managed to book me in for an (allbeit virtual) appointment.

I went for a Covid jab on Saturday morning You had to wait outside to have your named called by a very patronising receptionist - reception staff seem to think they run a prison . Jab staff good Doctors get a grip - Jabs are easy money for you - but your reception team need to understand they are customer support . It’s very easy to do a walk in elsewhere rather than current nonsense at Wallingford

Newly moved in. Really impressed got a telephone consultation and then face to face appointment the same day. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful and the doctor thoroughly evaluated my symptoms. Glad to be part of this practice.
