I'm a transporter driver that delivered a vehicle here for the 1st time...staff were really helpful from the lady "on the gate" to those inside...procedures & paperwork were explained to me by another man...I didn't catch his name unfortunately & the chap checking in the cars introduced himself & shook my hand..so for me it was a good drop & appreciated the understanding/information & kindness from these people that will help me when I go here again👍

health and safety nightmare, was told to walk on a road to get to induction instead of just opening 1 door, totally incompetant hse was very rude and didnt care he was putting visittors lives at risk. hse on this site needs re training like alot of the other parts of Southampton docks..

The terminal is very close to the shopping areas and also tourists attractions, the people are very friendly but you have to change currency to the Pound and yet you can use your credit card to pay with.
