High House Production Park is not just a world-class production facility but also a centre for the performing arts, and one of Thurrock's most memorable landmarks. The Royal Opera House, Creative & Cultural Skills, Acme Studios, Thurrock Council and the Arts Council England have all contributed to its transformation from a piece of forgotten history. Although it may seem that the High House Production Park is only open to creative arts students, professionals, and corporate clients, the public is welcome to see the Walled Garden and historic features of The High House! The 25-metre-high workshop and the contemporary-looking structures can be deceptive, and they certainly led me to believe that it was just for corporate clients, related professionals, and creative arts students. I can't be more mistaken than that! The gardens of High House are a cultural reference point, reflecting the social history of the area. The Walled Garden covers 0.5 hectares and is enclosed by a brick wall that surrounds two separate areas. The garden features fruit trees, including plums, dansors, and apples, and has paved pathways and benches for visitors to relax and enjoy the view of The River Thames, the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, and the river's activity. The hardworking staff and volunteers help to keep the Walled Garden wonderfully. High House Production Park is fully accessible, with dedicated disabled parking and a visitors' car park. You don't need to enter the building because the main reception area has a toilet that is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Except for any corporate event or production performance, the public may access the Backstage Center's café for take-away hot drinks, fizzy drinks, and snacks. Visitors with kids can have fun in the nearby Children's Play Area at High House Park, which is managed by the local authority. Restrooms: You don't need to enter the building because the main reception area has a toilet that is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
