Micheal was so lovely he put me at ease right away and explained everything clearly. He did a really thorough job and even helped me with my garden gate on the way out which had fallen off. I would definitely use him again and book through the company. I’ve been messed around with appointments and this was easy to book and reliable and Michael communicated well and actually turned up when he said he would.

Absolutely brilliant. Posted the job of fixing 3 window locks on Checkatrade at 8.45am on Sunday morning. By 9am we had arranged for Michael to be round at 12. No call out charge. Michael texted when on his way and arrived on time. Quote was reasonable for the job. Unfortunately one of the locks was worse than expected. Michael came back on Monday with an extra part and completed the job. Michael did good and quick work, was polite, cleaned up and was a pleasure to have in the house. I would recommend to anyone.
