Genuinely some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced in many years of working in London in design. As soon as the order was placed and payment made, the manager became consistently rude / difficult to work with. Highly surprising. An extremely disappointing experience, unfortunately. We should've listened to advice we received from other contacts.
