Had 4 windows and a door fitted today by Paul & his son Luke Hardy. They arrived on time, knew exactly what they had to do & just got on with it. Put covers over floors & furniture & tidied up afterwards. Very unintrusive. Kept them in coffees as weather was shocking - but they kept going until the job was done. Fantastic workers, very pleasant & polite. Would definitely recommend for another job.

You get what you pay for. Cheap because they are of very poor build. Draught comes through the gaps. Once they're in dont expect to help. They won't lift a finger.

Had windows done with them. The process of coming to do the windows was abit slow but eventually was done. One window was cracked during installation and we had up to 3 cancellations before they could fix it. The workers that came mistakenly broke our toilet top when installing the windows. We have sent emails, called and gone into the office but nothing has been done about it. This happened December last year and we keep getting ignored. Very disappointed with how they handle any problems encountered during installation.

Outstanding windows and fitting teams. Can’t speak highly enough of Ian and his team who arrived very promptly and completed the work meticulously and efficiently. The brickwork on the half filled door space is so good my neighbour of 40 years couldn’t believe how well it was matched to the existing brickwork. Awesome, highly recommend.

Reposting this review as my original seems to have disappeared since January 2023. There are several reviews on here that detail similar issues I faced. Make sure you read them as well, this is not a company you should be doing business with. Asked for 5 windows including a bay window moving to a straight window and have had nothing but issues with Walkers. From damaged or completely missing trim/seals, through to not completing the job despite sub zero temperatures. Throughout all the issues Walkers had plenty of opportunities to remedy the problems but ended up having to chase them to do the job I paid them for. Non-responsive to calls, you have to constantly chase them to get them to actually deliver what they promise to do. Please heed my warning and find alternatives.

Had a brand new door fitted in late 2021, which we were and are more than happy with. An issue had arose in the past 2-3 months in which our key was sticking in the door, even after lubrication. Walkers arranged someone to come out and fix it the day after we rung. The measure of a business is always in how they deal with customer issues that arise. Superb company and my many thanks for looking after us.

So glad that this joke of a company is finally getting the shocking reviews it deserves. Our issues started back in 2019 when Walkers designed and fitted our new conservatory. We had weeks of issues including having the floor relayed numerous times as they couldn't get it right over and over. 4 years later we have cracks on every wall and the floor still isn't level. Like others have mentioned you get pressured into signing off the final paperwork even when you aren't happy. The staff are rude, arrogant and will do anything they can to avoid having to speak to you and solve an issue. There isn't a company out there that I could recommend any less than these cowboys. Save your money and go elsewhere.
