Staff are extremely rude very bad mannered for ment to be professional receptionists. Rang up like a week ago and they gave me an appointment with doctors, I ring today to get another appointment as I'm more unwell asking to have some anti sickness tablets as I cant eat or sleep at all and am on the verge of being hospitalized due to dehydration as I cannot keep any fluids in my body. She said they can give me a phone appointment I calmly said I need medication I camt get that over the phone she went well we dont do them okay you got that, I was like excuse me you have given me an appointment last week on the phone she went right, I kept saying I'm very unwell and am going to need up in hospital she then tried with okay so? I felt like going down and confronting her no one speaks to me like that especially not a professional I am so unwell and all the seem to fo us take the milk basically was on phone for 45mins waiting phone kept ringing no answer before shee me like tthei I've never met anyone like it honestly woman needs sacked saying my illness isnt an emergency and said se doesnt care

Had asked the practice manager about new cancer trials and if I could be put forward Brian rang me and told myself that the surgery was not taken part I would have to join another doctors to be considered? I rang the kings college London only to be told yes this surgery was taking part and of course I could join the trials ! Why would a surgery manager lie !!!!!!

My name is siamak goudrazi. For your record. I've got high blood pressure. I'd believed Dr Nabi for 15 years. He was so solving problem. For 2 months I've got headache of high blood pressure. Desperately after 3 weeks I could get an appointment with him . When he found I get my blood pressure myself. He refused to change prescription. Still I feel headache. My blood pressure is too high. Because of my blood pressure my heart getting pain .I feel all evening and night times dizzy.the God help me. I will comlaint of this surgery. I can't believe it. I will change my clinic.
