Very impressed by the service I received from Waldron Office Furniture, in particular from Roger Craddock. Roger and the team were able to successfully diagnose an unusual problem with my HAG SoFi chair which led to its successful repair. This included a seamless collection and re-delivery service with excellent communication throughout. The issue I have had was with a personal office chair, but I've been so impressed with the experience, I have now recommended them to our Office Manager for the repair of the company's chairs.
