The outdoor yard is full of rubbish for some reason. The centre is under-staffed and appointments have to be rescheduled last-minute. Midwife Jane is a star (thank you!). Extremely limited parking.

I CAN NOT REASSURE THE SERVICES PROVIDED. I'M SUFFER WITH ASTHMA, I CAN NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT, IF I DO IT'S 2WKS WAITING, TRIED TO OBTAIN AN INHALER WITH NO PREVAIL AND EVERYTHING WAS COVID, COVID ,COVID. YOU COULDN'T EVEN PHONE THEM FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN THE END, THE NUMBERS KEEP CHANGING OR NO ONE BOTHERS TO ANSWER THE PHONE CALL NOT TAKING CARE OF OTHER PATIENTS ILLNESSES LEAD ME BEING ADMITTED INTO LEWISHAM HOSPITAL BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET ANY INHALERS.

I felt no judgement whatsoever and felt confident being as transparent with her as possible. Nothing seemed too much hassle. We are so lucky to have the NHS because of people like her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have no idea why my midwife appointment has been assigned to this place. Terrible experience. Appointment is at 9am, arriving 15mins early trying to find suit 4. Each notice board says a different thing. Ground floor entrance says its on 1st floor. The board next to the lift, however says its on 2nd floor (so which floor should I go?) Reached 2nd floor and the board says its on the ground floor (see all the images). Frustrated. It ended up that its on the first floor but door is not openen until 9:05, reception is not professional and told me she has to startup the machine before signing me in... (Hey my appointment is at 9am!) After seeing the midwife, she suggested me to go to the branch in Bermondsey instead as its closer. Asked reception to switch me to this branch. When she booked my next appointment she booked the wrong date and blamed me of not double checking for her!!!! (Omg - i just dont know why I am here, this is such a mess!) I am not sure if the Bermondsey clinic is anywhere better but at least I am going to give it a try and avoid this again

Through this medium I want to express my dissatisfaction and bad treatment received from this service. Never in my life had I received bad treatment and lack of attention from a supposed professional doctor without a vocation, without culture and without respect. It is assumed that you as public servants are disposition of us I will take all legal actions so that this does not remain in the air my wife was treated with aggressiveness and discrimination by this supposed professional this is unacceptable that people like that manage our health what a SHAME of service I reiterate my words and I will take all the necessary actions so that this situation does not stay that way.
