    I’ve been with this company for a long long time. The service was great while it started lately is horrible. I highly do not recommend this company. They said it’s a shortage which is odd, because other companies I’ve spoken with haven’t heard anything about a “ contact shortage “ I’ve called 6 times for my order today I finally get a tracking number after the order was placed last month. Save your money and time, the contract have went from great to dry and crusty. Meaning the Quality of the contacts have went down. A LOT

    I love Waldo lenses, they are by far the most comfortable lenses I’ve used but their service has really dipped since the beginning of the year. Previously they’d take the payment and a day or so later I’d get a dispatch notification and the lenses would arrive in less than a week -- all perfectly timed for when I’m about to run out. Now, the payment is taken and nothing arrives until I call and chase. This is usually 7 days after the initial payment and then it can still take 1-2 weeks for them to arrive. So I’m left without lenses for up to 3 weeks without any communication from Waldo unless I call them. This has happened with my last three orders, and it's incredibly frustrating. Even after moving my payment date back two weeks, I still encountered the same issue. While I understand that global stock issues and delivery problems are impacting everyone, I expect a subscription service like Waldo to be aware of their stock holding and upcoming orders and inform their customers if they cannot fulfill them. I rely on my lenses to see, and it's unacceptable to wait for weeks without any communication. Unfortunately, the lack of communication from Waldo is reflecting very poorly on their company. I hope they address this issue soon and improve their service, as I am considering cancelling my subscription.

    Edit: Got a refund, updating to reflect that. Also want to note that customer service was always helpful, just unfortunately this service isn't the expedited service I was looking for when it comes to my contacts. Seems they just have too many orders. Paid for the extra contacts case and stuff that comes with the free 10-day trial, followed by a full month of the trial contacts and the extras not showing up. Queueu being charged for 3 month supply. Couple weeks go by and nothing so I contact them to hear my contacts are "packaged and waiting to ship, you will receive an email soon." A week later STILL NOTHING. I email to cancel my subscription and get a refund and wow, magically the 10 day trial AND my three month supply shows up 2 days later! Still haven't seen the extras I paid for. At least they canceled my subscription without a huge battle.

    I feel truly let down by Waldo. I have used their service for over 5 years. The last year they have had supply issues and never get the lenses out on time and give very little updates. When contacting customer service they are exceptionally unhelpful. This company should not be taking on new customers as they can’t even fill the orders for returning customers. Shame as the lenses were good but they have no respect for loyal customers. Don’t order from here unless you want extreme delays and disgraceful customer service. I am awaiting my refund and have cancelled my subscription. Let’s see how long that takes them!!!

    Worst customer service. Have to call to cancel, very limited hours to do so. Also, sent a back to back order and when asked for a refund since I now have too many contacts, they only offered a partial refund. Box unopened, simply returned to sender. Do not order. Hubble is better.

    They are terrible!!! They continue to try and charge my card until it went through on a weekend, then I can’t call them because they’re closed on the weekend and first thing Monday morning is too late they said to cancel the order. There isn’t even an order number yet!!! They only wanted to give me store credit… which does me no good since I do not care for their lenses. Or a $35 refund on the $120 they charged me! They eventually raised it to $40 but that’s still $80 I’m out on contacts that they haven’t even shipped or finished processing yet and I cannot use. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

    either great service or no service at all, lenses are great but barely every possible to get them. 24 February was charged, but no contact lenses have arrived, since then been emailing and reaching out to try and get them or money back without any luck!

    If I could leave less than one star I would. Customer service is very rude and not helpful at all. I have been waiting for over a month for contacts that have been saying they would ship and never have. Still no idea when they will be shipped. Just save your money.
