    worst experience . we were in the queue around 25 minute( after 45minutes travel ), after that they told, i need to go to another gate and pay before I dispose. By the time i reach ( at 12 pm)the lady said just closed. After we explained everything. she said its 12 pm closed. we are there before 12 pm. No proper instructions in the entrance.

    Normally when you go to any store they let you in till it is time to close but here they don't let you in even before time so that they can finish at one. Yesterday I was turned back at few minutes before 1 though the road infront was clear . So I think they exploit the authority
