Always been to this PO. Since start of trading. The Staff are Helpful, Polite and treat you like you expect. We have used these because of the above. Have any queries they are there to answer. There’s queues at times but soon goes down. Would Highly recommend to use.

Any vehicle enquiries are dismissed to online. Argumentative man when it clearly states a change of vehicle tax class can be done at post office. Also a guy upfront of me was dismissed when claiming a lottery win. Useless and only treat the post office as a trading shop. No profit no help.

Permark is the hub of the village. Cards, balloons, cafe, gifts, sweets, novelty items and much more! Staff very friendly. Yes the post office section can get busy but I have never had any issues in the 5 years I have used it. Highly recommend!

Complaint about Lesley (older lady with glasses) came in to exchange and request for old £20 notes we had saved up for new ones. She deliberately dismissed me service in very rude way and when I asked why you refusing to exchange when on uk post office official website it says we can go to post office to exchange currency.. does not know code of conduct and letting post office reputation down by her lack of knowledge couldn’t answer any related questions as well or her staff… Rude, unprofessional and utterly disappointing for a loyal customer. Post master needs to have a chat with her and explain to her code of conduct

Extremely disappointed with the Royal Mail service. I was selling a product to a customer which I was shipping via Royal mail. 30 minutes after I dropped the parcel off I learned that my customer cancelled their order and refunded their money so I went back to the post office thinking I could take back, redirect or cancel the package. when I spoke to the lady at the desk she told me that Royal Mail clamed all packages handed over as their own property and would not return MY package back to me. At no point on the website or in person did royal mail disclose this information to me. I've now lost nearly £1700 worth of goods due to this terrible service which is a lot of money I needed to support myself. I will most likely never get the package or money back which is absolutely outrageous and shocking. I am never using Royal Mail or this post office ever again. DO NOT USE ROYAL MAIL!

This post office is one of the worst I have been to. I measure my post to make sure I know whether it's large or small and they still charge you whatever the next size up is! My partner and I have both had issues here. They seem to want to overcharge you as much as they can. Will be going elsewhere from now on!
