Having been let down by two surveying companies and wasted a week when I needed some clarification on issues that had been found on a desktop survey for a house purchase I tried Wakefield's. I wish I had gone to them first. Tracey took my call asked me to put queries in an email and I had a phone call back from a surveyor within the hour(I don't expect it will always be that quick) who talked me through and explained the issues. Highly recommended will use again.
