I've visited Jude several times now in preparation for a big race. As a novice myself and new to sports massage also, Jude immediately put me at ease. Not only did Jude massively help with my aches and pains and general wear and tear of training, she is extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at rest over several issues. I would recommend Jude to anyone needing this service, injured or not.

My wife had knee problem for so many years and doctor put her on pain killers which no improvement, we have decided to find the alternative wehave been recommended osteopath in wakefiled which my wife got treated about 8 times and she is much better now, no pain killers any more tkank you

Ranza’s knowledge and expertise of working with the youngest of clients is exceptional. After a traumatic birth, resulting in an emergency section- problems arose when trying to feed my baby due to tightness around his neck/ head and jaw line. After a single session with Ranza at one week old, this tension was picked up (other professionals had previously questioned a tongue tie assessment), and I was able to successfully breast feed. Freddie has been back for a further session, and he has improved with each visit. I can’t thank her enough for the difference she has made to our lives!

Struggled for the last 3 years with reoccuring calf pain which has impacted on being able to run without going a few days and then being back in pain. Got in to see Matthew this last week and feel like a new person. Matthew was so thorough diagnosing the pain and stemming it back to tight glutes, which no one had previously done. Glad to say since the session I have managed to run pain free each day. Even managed to test it on a speed session with no after effects. Would definitely recommend Matthew and will definitely be going back again to see him. After 3 years of a constant niggle, so nice to be back running pain free thanks to Matthews thorough knowledge and diagnosis.
