Staff mostly talk down to you, not to mention they often don't seem to know that much themselves, makes me wonder how they got a job sorting other people out with jobs!

I would put no stars if I could. I just had a agent call me from Wakefield Job Center who spoke over and down to me and the had the audacity to put the phone down on me when I got frustrated with her because she wasn't listening and didn't help me at all. They don't care for anyone, they are only there for the money it seems. Unprofessional, Rude and Obnoxious!

Had to visit the job centre three times within 4 days. Got messed around with several members of staff, speaking to them all about something unrelated to finding a job. Wasn't until the 4th appointment did i speak to someone who would help me find a job. Got no help in looking for places to find jobs just told to 'look on websites' When i finally did get a job, my appointment wasnt cancelled and I had to attend the appointment just to tell them I had a job because they wouldnt cancel the appointment.
