If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. We dropped our small furries off two weeks ago and felt confident they would be appropriately cared for. We went to collect said animals yesterday and found that my daughters beloved hamster wasn’t in the cage. The woman working there said she would deal with it and call us later?! I got a little heated understandably because she has lost my little girls hamster after all and she was devistated, she had waited two weeks to see them and was so excited ! My husband went in the office to look for it and found it, in a mouse trap dead! Not a humane trap a deadly one! The woman didn’t care at all that it was dead, no remorse no apology no acceptance of that she had allowed to happen to our animal in her care! I swore not at her but in her presence and all she was bothered about was a swear word! All she said was “accidents happen” Not that she has 1 been negligent to our animal, 2 thought that having deadly traps in close proximity to where peoples pets are is okay and 3 being very arsey with us when we questioned her. Had a Facebook message from the owner today again no apology or acceptance only blaming us effectively because apparently the cage wasn’t suitable and it’s got through the bars! Yes the hamster is small but there is no way it got through the bars whatsoever it’s just pass the blame! Please if you value your pets do not use this place at all! I have a devastated 5 year old who won’t stop getting anxious and crying about the situation that incompetent person has caused! Disgusting!
