All the staff are always lovely when I go to Winton Waitrose. I came in today (Saturday morning) and was served by Karen at the kiosk. She was so lovely and we had a nice little chat, after telling her I wasn’t feeling to well she offered me a free brunch of flowers. She really brightened my morning and set me off on a good start to the day. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service Karen x

It's 5 star if you can afford the prices! There's some deals in store and admittedly we were in there, but looking for gifts. It's Waitrose, nobody ever has said it's cheap! So if you have the money, go there! 😁👍
