Why do you offer Waitrose card when your staff can't be bother to scan it or ask if you have one?! Wanted to pay in cash at the till, took my phone out thinking I'm scanning my Waitrose card, only to be charged on the bank card. Your colleague said it wasn't her job to ask if I hab one of your cards. Charming! Blond lady at the till, long hair, Fringe, super unprofessional attitude ( computer says no type). Shop here often as I work in the area, this is by far the worst service I encountered in this branch...

The burglar alarm at the till its broken from many months and its turning on randomly when the customer is passing. It became really annoying and not comfortable. When I asked couple of times ladies helping at the self service tills why they didn't fix so long they were extremely rude and couldn't know the answer.

The delivery system is very bad. They are not coming at the time they are warning and they are saying you are not answering even though they never called. I wouldn't recommend it. They are not even warning you that doing your delivery. You have to call to know about that. And when you try to call the customer service, the person answering is doing nothing to help. Terrible services for sure !
