Waitrose is my favorite store because of its high quality and good variety of all items, but unfortunately, several times when I ordered from this store through delivery, they only had half of my shopping list, and they didn't have the necessary items such as fish, bread, or cheese, which is really disappointing. This store and I only give one star because in most cases my orders are sent incompletely.

Been shopping at Waitrose for years been a loyal customer, to come home to a parking charge notice from Britannia Parking.. I’m absolutely disgusted. Another money making scheme for been a few minutes over the allocated time. #Waitrose carpark is apparently private land.. Will take my custom else where.. BE AWARE

Fed up with freezing cold store no heating for months poor staff have to keep wrapped up to keep warm just not good enough. Last week bins was overflowing all rubbish round coffee machine. Sorry to say the place just looks so run down.definitely think you need to have a really good look at Worcester waitrose.
