Best customer service that I had. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and got a cancelled email the last minute around an hour before the collection which I didn’t notice till I reached the store. We couldn’t find a replacement as my 4 year old wanted a unicorn theme and we arranged all the decorations. But we were lucky enough to meet the manager Tom who apologised and was so sweet and kind enough to sort out the issue as soon as possible. I really appreciate for his kind gesture and best customer service.

We do our weekly shop at Waitrose in Hall Green good range of food prices comparable with other supermarkets most of the staff are long standing employees always friendly and helpful and local to where we live a pleasant shopping experience.

I rarely use this store, as some staff have an attitude. Its my closest waitrose but I'd rather go to solihull as the staff there are friendlier The store itself is small but does generally have what you want. I probably won't be back for another few years, like last time when the exact same staff member had an attitude with me

Good range of products although I couldn't find as many organic items as I was hoping for. Staff are polite and helpful. Store looks a little tired though, could do with a refurb. Car park isn't great either but not much they can do about that given the space they have to work with.
