I had a drink here with a friend after visiting Canopy Market. We wanted somewhere warm to have a drink after being out in the cold for a few hours. The bar was very nice and their mulled wine was probably the best and strongest I have ever had. One negative thing was that staff were gathered chatting to each other and we felt a bit neglected. Even the bar manager seemed to have been more interested in loading the dishwasher than serving us.

I recently attended a day long class, and while the instruction was good, there was less value for the cost versus other day long classes I've taken elsewhere in London (e.g. Sauce at the Langham) -- additionally, there was a serious issue with a drain in one of the kitchen sinks, which resulted in a strong and overwhelming smell of sewer that when flagged to the staff they admitted was an ongoing issue and they would light some perfumed candles. In speaking to another classmate she mentioned that that exact same sewer issue was present when she took another class five months prior. As you can imagine, cooking in the midst of the odor of sewage takes quite a lot from the joy of learning new dishes -- management should take these matters more seriously. Until then, recommend you avoid.

Made ruby chicken curry with naan and rice. The experience was a gift and it was lovely. The staff made sure you got a perfect dish out so you don’t even have to worry if you can’t cook. They were watching over and explained everything! There was refreshments throughout
