Been shopping at Canterbury Waitrose since it opened and this morning, has been the worst customer service experience I've had as a 25year plus Waitrose customer. We as customers don't really expect much, other than be as polite to us as we are to you.... rather than receiving a response of " don't serve in that area so you all to wait until someone is " yet three members of the same team, standing at around eating there breakfast
