Store returned to almost PRE-COVID-19 operation. Shelves are well stocked. Moderate number of shoppers makes queuing time acceptable. Update: unfortunately, like other Waitrose stores currently it suffers from supply problems. Most popular label on many shelves is "We apologise, this product is temporarily unavailable". I am afraid that this situation will not change in foreseeable future. Update: products supply has improved.

Decided to have a breakfast in Banbury Waitrose. Appalling!!! They advertise the Vegan sign on menus but do not have any food options.. only drinks. After speaking to staff we opted to substitute some items to make a breakfast. When it arrived it was two uncooked flat mushrooms and two uncooked tomatoes a slice of toast with butter on the side and a very hard half of an avocado. Completely inedible!!! Spoke to customer service who were fantastic! Given a £10 gift card. Will not be eating in cafe again.

Have a few family birthdays coming up and with onset of Valentines Day too, I purchased 4 cards yesterday. I was stunned as to how much they came to.£16 Needless to say I will NOT be buying any cards from Waitrose again. You may have said they would be excellent quality for the price but no they were not, we needed to have a piece of tape on the back to seal them as didn't close properly. Very aggrieved and disappointed customer.

I was due to pick up my online shop purchase from the local store. Unfortunately due to my injured foot I could not go myself, so I rang them and explained that it would be my partner who will be picking up the goods. My partner went in today and by coincidence it was the same lady, Vickie, who I spoke to on the phone. When she brought my order out from the back she asked my partner if they could give me some flowers. And so he came home with some lovely orchids. Thank you so much for this LOVELY act of kindness 😍 I have no words to describe how that make me feel😌 Kind regards , AK
