Attended the Dim Sum course today with my sister. We both enjoyed the experience greatly and learnt new skills. Joel, our tutor was friendly, helpful, skilled and gave each of the students help when required. Would recommend this course to anyone interested in Chinese food.

Just completed the beginners bread making course . Nathan was able to communicate well and taught us well, even providing some good humour along the way. His relaxed manner and extensive knowledge meant we learnt a lot and our bread products were brilliant. Thank you a good day , the whole team working to help us at the school made it a worthwhile course .
