I *love* feeflowyoga. Lots of variation, no two classes the same and I love the runners and cyclists yoga. Classes are 20 minutes (early mornings) to 60 minutes evenings which is ideal for me. Also love the ease of booking in two week slots. I live 100s of miles from Fiona and choose her classes over all others. Give it a go. It’s awesome.

I've just completed a fantastic 20 day yoga challenge with Fiona. As an almost beginner I was worried that I might not have been able to keep up but Fiona went at a pace which was easy for beginners yet stretching for the more experienced. I never felt left behind. Her friendly, calm approach was perfect and the other members of the group were lovely. It was such a wonderful way to start the day. Highly recommended. Thank you x
