Lady was unhelpful, first they didn't have second class stamps, then changing it to I can't send my letters second class due to weight. I'm not a local, but a friend warned me not to attend, and now I understand why. I will also contact Royal Mail about this; if they refuse to do the work and put the Post Office name in jeopardy, the Post Office should be removed from this establishment.

Rude staff, hardly ever open the post office till when the shop is clearly open. My wife is currently waiting 7 mins for them to open as they wouldn't just take the parcel and some extra cash and sort it when it opens. Normally a local community shop would go above and beyond for the customers especially when there is a major brand shop opposite but these guys are just rude and arrogant.

Not even worth the 1 star. Every time I try to use this post office they is always an excuse. Either closed in the middle of the day for no apparent reason or the parcel I’m trying to return is not the right size. Terrible service, not worth the visit.

Most times they don't even have any stamps. It's not just the post office side where they are rude either. Even just buying from shop they are either rude or, on couple of occasions, the older male was suggestive. Appears the sons also work there now too and they don't even grunt like the parents! Soooo rude!
