Disgusting service tried phoning for 45 minutes kept getting Voise mail that would not let you leave a message then a few times I got kennected for few seconds just to be hung up on took then 5 minutes before closing after a friend passing the shop on way home went in see young man behind the counter doing nothing and asked only to be full of exscuses then I called strait away for them to answer but I didn't order at 5 mind before closing it would have been a waste of good money for bad rushed food

Absolutely FABULOUS. This was my first experience of Wai Yin, and I am totally delighted. I bought 3 dishes but only used half of each, so same,again tomorrow. The food was fabulous, and the service excellent. Thoroughly recommended; I'll be back!!!!

Awful experience, order was wrong when we got home, call to complain and to see if they can deliver it as the food would be cold they tell us an hour wait. So we have to collect. When we get there they try to then charge us for the order which they got wrong. When explaining my point they was very rude just repeating "if you dont pay you cant have it" which is the poorest customer service i have ever received... Avoid there is plenty of better chinese in the area...
